Take part in a survey on credit files

We invite you to participate in a national survey on credit files. By November 1st, we need to recruit at least 400 Canadians from across the country. If you are interested in this project, send us an e-mail at recherche_dc@option-consommateurs.org

To help us with this survey, you will be asked to obtain a copy of your credit file from one of two credit offices: Équifax or Trans Union. Next, we want you to fill out a questionnaire in order to verify the accuracy of the information contained in your credit file and to send it to us. The whole procedure should not take you more than two or three hours nor involve any expense.

The results of the survey should enable us to contact companies and politicians with a view to improving the reliability of credit files, which will profit consumers directly.
