FAQ

Credit File

The credit office refused to correct the errors in my credit file. How can I exercise my rights?
You must send a disagreement request to the Commission d’accès à l’information (CAI). You have 30 days following a refusal by the credit bureau to submit such a request. The CAI will then decide if it is justified and will be able to require the credit bureau to make the necessary corrections (1 888 528-7741).
