Can a bailiff come to my home at any time?
No. The bailiff charged with the seizure can visit to your premises between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m., Monday to Saturday inclusive, except for public holidays. Note that, in certain cases, the court may authorize execution of seizure outside these hours.
