I’m not satisfied with the advice my investment dealer gives me. What can I do?
Don’t hesitate to lodge a complaint when you are dissatisfied with the practices of a broker or an investment adviser.
Address your complaint to the company in question as well as the
Autorité des marchés financiers
(AMF) and, if applicable, the
Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada
(IIROC) if it is about an investment dealer or the
Chambre de la Sécurité financière
(CSF) if it is about an investment adviser.
