Bills and formal notices
What do I have to do to dispute an invoice (heating, telephone, cable, etc.)?
These are the steps to follow:
Contact the company’s customer service department
Ask the person who answers for his/her name and – if necessary – his/her identification number and try to reach an agreement.
You didn’t obtain satisfaction?
Make a complaint to the customer service representative’s supervisor.
That didn't work?
Address yourself to upper management.
Still unable to get satisfaction?
Send a formal notice to upper management.
