I‘ve just bought an article that I don’t want any more. Is the retailer obliged to take it back?
No. The retailer is not obliged to take the product back and give you a refund. But certain companies have a refund or exchange policy; you should verify this at the time of your purchase. If necessary, the retailer will give you a refund, exchange your article or a give you a credit note.
