I registered in a flamenco course. After two weeks, I realized that I did not have enough time to devote to this activity. Can I obtain a refund?
Yes. Contracts concluded with private establishments involving the purchase of a course aimed at personal development, learning a particular subject, or improving your health may be cancelled at any time. Since cancellation is required after the beginning of the course, you must pay for the services rendered and in addition, the lesser of the two following sums: $50 or 10% of the price of the services not rendered. Note: If you ask for the contract to be cancelled before the beginning of the course, you don’t have to pay anything.
