Three weeks ago, I had my washing machine repaired. However, it still has the same problem. Can I ask them to repair it for free?
Yes. Whenever you have one of your electrical household appliances (stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer or television) repaired, you automatically benefit from a three-month legal guarantee on parts and labour. Under the terms of this guarantee as set forth by the
Consumer Protection Act, you can require that a repair carried out badly be redone free of charge. Note: For an automobile, the legal guarantee is three months or 5000 km (whichever comes first).
