Class Action

DRAM Ramdom access memory
Description
In October 2004, we undertook a Class Action lawsuit against certain manufacturers of DRAM-type random access memory (Infineon, Samsung, Hynix and Micron) who conspired to illegally fix the price increase of their products. The acts in question, which took place between July 1, 1999 and June 15, 2002, contravene the Competition Act and led consumers to pay thousands of dollars in excess. The purpose of this Class Action is to compensate them.

Members

You are a member of the Class Action if, between July 1, 1999 and on June 15, 2002, you bought products in Quebec equipped with DRAM random access memory (computers, printers, cell phones, televisions, gaming consoles, MP3 players, etc.).

Progress of the Class Action
We are awaiting the hearing to authorize the Class Action.
