Class Action

On May 9, 2005, we filed a Class Action lawsuit against Pfizer, the manufacturer of Neurontin (Gabapentin), an anticonvulsivant. Neurontin is approved for the treatment of epilepsy in combination with other drugs and is often prescribed on its own to people suffering from conditions such as bipolar disease, migraine, panic attacks or agoraphobia. In this case, it increases the risk of suicidal behaviour.

You are a member if, since May 1994, you purchased Neurontin in Quebec and following consumption of this drug you experienced adverse effects such as a tendency toward suicidal behaviour.
