Bell Mobility – Missbilling
Description
In November 2004, we filed a Class Action lawsuit against Bell Mobility concerning misbilling: bills sent late, charges required without justification, payments not recorded, etc. The purpose of the Class Action is to obtain repayment of unjustified charges for cell phone services, as well as $100 for the trouble and inconvenience experienced and $200 in exemplary damages.
Members
You are a member of the Class Action if, between November 2001 and today, you had a contract with Bell Mobility and were subject to misbilling.
Progress of the Class Action
On July 20, 2007, Justice Édouard Martin rejected our request to authorize the Class Action.
