Class Action
Charges for advances of funds
In 2004 and 2006, we filed a Class Action lawsuit against certain financial institutions that issue credit cards.
In November 2006 and October 2007, Justice Clément Gascon of the Québec Superior Court authorized these Class Actions against the following financial institutions:
* Amex Bank of Canada
* Canadian Tire Bank
* Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce
* President’s Choice Bank
* Citibank Canada
* Laurentian Bank of Canada
* MBNA Canada
* Bank of Montreal
* National Bank of Canada
* Bank of Nova Scotia
* Royal Bank of Canada
* Toronto Dominion Bank
* Fédération des Caisses Desjardins du Québec
